SOURDOUGH BREAD

Our bakers use a traditional French method when producing this loaf for us. Hand-folded and fermented for four hours, then flour-coated and hand-scored and perfectly baked to give a crisp flaky crumb and a soft centre.


Stick her in a pre-heated oven for 4-5 minutes to warm up and serve straight away.

 

N.B. Each loaf is 600 g.

N.B. Although we try our best to ensure that there is no cross contamination within our kitchen, some of our suppliers use these allergens in their kitchens. Therefore we cannot guarantee that some of the items supplied for us are totally allergen free.


STORAGE


On arrival, please ensure that your products are refrigerated as soon as possible. Some items will need to be taken out of the fridge 1-2 hours before the cooking starts to bring them to room temperature.


The use by date for each product will be displayed on its packaging. We will give you at least 3 days from the day your order arrives, however most items will have 5 days. If you are planning a meal some time in the future, please bear this in mind. (N.B. At checkout you're able to nominate a specific date for your order to arrive)


We do not recommend that you freeze any MR. WILDE products.




DELIVERY


We cook to order so everything is super fresh. The food will be packaged with ice packs into thermal insulated food grade padded envelopes, which holds it at temperature for 24 hours.


Delivery is nationwide and we use reputable delivery partners such as DPD and ParcelForce (contact free upon your request). Please allow up to 6 days for arrival, from the moment you place your order. 


Delivery starts from £6.95 and will be calculated at checkout. Shipping is free for orders over £100. Please note that delivery times and costs may be affected by bank holidays - refer to our Q + A for more information.
