SESAME SOY SIDE OF SALMON

This delicious melt-in-your-mouth Sesame Soy Salmon is inspired by the street food markets of Tokyo.

Our Salmon is responsibly sourced and marinated for 24 hours. The fish takes on an infusion of classic Japanese flavours such as ginger, soy, sesame, lemongrass and garlic.

This Salmon is an impressive centerpiece, tender and pink, with a crispy skin. Remember to order the wasabi mash and wasabi soy mayo to accompany - the delicate balance of fragrant flavours of the Salmon and subtle heat of the wasabi compliment each other beautifully.

MR. WILDE recommends... make a homemade fresh Asian style slaw to complement this dish and cleanse your palate. Begin by finely chopping some white cabbage, fennel and crunchy radishes. Mix in some lime juice and a dash of olive and sesame oil. Top with fresh coriander and sesame seeds.

STORAGE

On arrival, please ensure that your products are refrigerated as soon as possible. Some items will need to be taken out of the fridge 1-2 hours before the cooking starts to bring them to room temperature.

The use by date for each product will be displayed on its packaging. We will give you at least 3 days from the day your order arrives, however most items will have 5 days. If you are planning a meal some time in the future, please bear this in mind. (N.B. At checkout you're able to nominate a specific date for your order to arrive)

We do not recommend that you freeze any MR. WILDE products.

DELIVERY

We cook to order so everything is super fresh. The food will be packaged with ice packs into thermal insulated food grade padded envelopes, which holds it at temperature for 24 hours.

Delivery is nationwide and we use reputable delivery partners such as DPD and ParcelForce (contact free upon your request). Please allow up to 6 days for arrival, from the moment you place your order.
