FLAVOURED BUTTERS - Mr. Wilde

MR. WILDE's butter that is produced by dairy cows that graze on the lush green pastures of Ireland. Their high quality rich milk, is gently churned to create a creamy, rich and velvety butter. Each of these flavoured butters we have created will complement a variety of cuisines from across the world.


Either spread generously on warmed bread, or use when cooking to add extra flavour!

 

CAPERS, GARLIC AND ROSEMARY

Fresh garlic is mixed through this butter, and topped with deep fried capers, and rosemary. The capers give a rich sea salt flavour and the rosemary adds a woody peppery tone. Perfect accompaniment for red meat, chicken or fish.


LIME AND CORIANDER

Dried lime zest and fresh coriander are mixed through this butter, giving a subtle sharpness with an earthy fragrant tone. This is South East Asia in spreadable form! Perfect accompaniment for chicken or fish, especially when creating Thai or Japanese cuisine.


TAPENADE

This butter is topped with our homemade tapenade, made from a selection of pickled whole green, black and kalamata olives, capers, garlic, and red peppers. The ingredients are blended with olive oil into a smooth paste. This is like an olive caviar - spread generously on warm crusty bread!

Our butters are served in beautiful metal jars which will look great on any dining table.

 


Each butter is a 75g serving, enough for 4 - 5 guests if served with bread

Butter (MILK), Olives, Water, Salt and Ferrous Gluconate to Stabilize Colour, Green Olives, Black Olive, Garlic, Water, Sunflower Oil, Red Pepper, Lemon Juice from Concentrate, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid), Capers, Brine (Water, Spirit Vinegar, Salt), Olive Pomace Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Anti-Foaming Agent: E900.

Contains: MILK


Gluten free.


N.B. Although we try our best to ensure that there is no cross contamination within our kitchen, some of our suppliers use these allergens in their kitchens. Therefore we cannot guarantee that some of the items supplied for us are totally allergen free.


STORAGE


On arrival, please ensure that your products are refrigerated as soon as possible. Some items will need to be taken out of the fridge 1-2 hours before the cooking starts to bring them to room temperature.


The use by date for each product will be displayed on its packaging. We will give you at least 3 days from the day your order arrives, however most items will have 5 days. If you are planning a meal some time in the future, please bear this in mind. (N.B. At checkout you're able to nominate a specific date for your order to arrive)


We do not recommend that you freeze any MR. WILDE products.




DELIVERY


We cook to order so everything is super fresh. The food will be packaged with ice packs into thermal insulated food grade padded envelopes, which holds it at temperature for 24 hours.


Delivery is nationwide and we use reputable delivery partners such as DPD and ParcelForce (contact free upon your request). Please allow up to 6 days for arrival, from the moment you place your order. 


Delivery starts from £6.95 and will be calculated at checkout. Shipping is free for orders over £100. Please note that delivery times and costs may be affected by bank holidays - refer to our Q + A for more information.
