WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?
We cook to order so everything is super fresh. Delivery slots are between 4-6 days from the date you place your order (or future date). At checkout you will be able to see our availability and select your preferred date for delivery. Refer to thisguide if you do not know when to order.
CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC TIME SLOT TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?
Orders can be placed up to a year in advance, so no excuses for last minute rushing if you are hosting for guests!
On the morning of your delivery, our delivery partner will notify you with a 1 hour time slot. If you are not going to be at home, then please leave instructions for the driver to deliver to a neighbour (or a safe place where the items are kept chilled). Due to the fact that we will be delivering fresh food, unfortunately you will not be able to reschedule your delivery to a later date, as our packaging only stays refrigerated for a certain amount of time.
HOW ARE THE ITEMS SENT?
They are sent via our delivery partners DPD, with food grade ice packs which guarantees the food will be kept at the correct temperature while in transit.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY FULL ORDER?
With larger orders we may it out in more than one box. On occasions the consignment may be split by our carrier and the boxes may be delivered separately on the same day. Please check the barcode sticker on the back of the box that you receive, listed there will be the total number of boxes in your consignment. If for some reason you are only supposed to receive one box and items are missing please get in contact with us straight away.
DO YOU DELIVER NATIONWIDE?
We delivery anywhere within mainland UK.
WHAT IS THE USE BY DATE?
The use by date will be clearly labelled on all items. We aim to give you at least 3 days from the day it arrives with you, however most items will have 5 days. If you are planing a meal some time in the future please bear the use by date in mind. Our website will allow you to purchase anywhere up to a year into the future so you don't have to panic last minute. Our food has a generous use by date, so although we do not deliver 7 days a week, you're still able to enjoy MR. WILDE every day of the week.
CAN I FREEZE ON ARRIVAL?
We do not recommend freezing MR. WILDE food and cannot guarantee the quality if you do.
WHAT SHALL I DO WHEN I RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?
1. Unpack the whole box.
2. Make sure that the refrigerated items within the silver envelope are cold to touch. It should feel like the ingredients have just come out of the fridge (if they're not cold, then please get in contact immediately and do not serve!).
3. Place all food items and sauces into the fridge. Keep all cooking instructions and the folded brown greaseproof paper, as you will need this for your cook. You can discard the ice packs or refreeze them if you wish to use again in the future.
